Can I opt out of Faster Payments?
Yes. If you’d prefer to continue using BACS payments, you can opt out at any time by contacting your Account Manager.
Will I see separate payments for each vehicle made live?
If multiple vehicles are made live within a 15-minute window, you’ll receive one combined payment. You can view a breakdown of individual transactions in SFP-W. For guidance on how to do this read our, payment history guide.
How do Faster Payments work?
Simply load a trade vehicle onto your Stocking Plan. Once its status is marked as ‘live’, payment will be sent the same day, no additional steps required.

I have requested a password reset; how long do I have to action it?
Once you receive the password reset email, you’ll have 7 days to use the link and reset your password. After 7 days, the link will expire, and you’ll need to request a new password reset. You can contact our team to assist you with this by emailing: ngcuk-enquiries@coxautoinc.com
I am a new dealer, how long do I have to action ‘Set Up Your Account’ in my welcome email?
The ‘Set Up Your Account’ welcome email remains active for 14 days. After this period, the link will expire, and you will need to be re-added to the system to receive a new welcome email. You can contact our team to assist you with this by emailing: ngcuk-enquiries@coxautoinc.com
What if there are multiple users at my dealership?
If your dealership has multiple SFP-W users, each user will need to update to the new authentication process to continue accessing the system.
Will I need to re-authenticate with my email address now?
We recommend switching to the new authentication process, which uses your email address. While you will still have access to the existing method using a company name to log in, this option will be phased out soon. To ensure a smooth transition, we encourage you to make the switch as soon as possible.
