By agreeing to the NextGear Capital Approved Partner Agreement and submitting this form, you are confirming that:

  • You the are the individual named on the form, and the information you have provided is up-to-date, correct and may be relied upon by us.
  • You are a director of the company named on the form and wish the company to become a NextGear Capital Approved Partner.
  • You have the necessary authority to provide information about the business, to submit the form, to discuss it with us and to legally bind the company to the NextGear Capital Approved Partner Agreement.
  • We may, in our sole discretion, decline to accept your request without reason and may suspend or withdraw your status as a NextGear Capital Approved Partner in accordance with the NextGear Capital Approved Partner Agreement
