NextGear Capital is the funding solutions arm of Cox Automotive. With 10 years’ experience behind us, we offer stocking plans ideally suited to the way dealerships buy and sell their stock.
First launched in 2014, we’ve assisted 3,000+ independent and franchised dealers to invest in auction, wholesale, private, trade and part-exchange purchases. In fact, we’ve funded over £6.5bn worth of vehicles across the UK and ROI.

FAQs
Are we regulated?
We’re not FCA-regulated. We fund used cars, motorbikes and vehicles directly, which means we’ll fund the stock you source for your forecourt, but we’ll never lend you money.
Do we tell our customers what stock to buy?
No. We’re the only wholesale funder in the UK to offer our customers flexibility in the stock they buy. Dealers can source their vehicles from their choice of auction, wholesale, trade, private or part-exchange stockists, or make use of our partner auctions. You find it, we’ll fund it.
