First 30 days free offer refers to the First Transaction Fee, any Settlement Fee and the first 30 days’ Holding Charge transaction charges payable under the NextGear Capital standard terms Used Vehicle Purchase and Stocking Agreement for each Pendragon vehicle purchased at Manheim Shotts and loaded onto the Stocking Plan during the promotional period.  Other account and vehicle level fees and charges will apply as normal.  Fees and charges incurred in each calendar month (e.g. April) will appear in your statement for that month and be debited from your account on the 10th of the following month (e.g. May) as normal.  Corresponding refunds will appear in the statement for that same month (e.g. May) and be credited to your account on the 10th of the month after that (e.g. June). Refunds will not be paid to any NextGear Capital dealer for which before or during the promotional period have had their Stocking Limit suspended or terminated, or have exceeded their Stocking Limit, or who are otherwise in breach of their NextGear Capital Stocking Agreement or with whom NextGear Capital is in dispute.
